The best choice where is shop? THE MALL of course....So if you come to The Mall, on the 3rd floor you can easily to find there is a food court there. So here I would to introduce you a Asian food named ROJAK....
I don't know the Rojak's history how it started and where it come from but you can find it in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia too. Basically inside the Rojak there have Pineapple, Cucumber,Sotong(cutterfish),Tofu,Bean spourt or Kankong then mix it together with the Prawn Sauce and little bit chili,lime,sugar and crash peanuts.
Basically it just like same as the western salad.
What is so special about this Rojak I introduce here is beacuse of they are the only one in Brunei who had mixed something special in the Rojak....
The special ingredient is their special home make Chips....It's really crispy and tasty...try it next time when you shopping at THE MALL, 3rd Floor food court just next to the JOLLIBEE.
