Restaurant Akhbar it located at the Kuilap which just behind the C.F King, R&T and Express Fast Food. About the Indo Mee Murtabak.... I not really like lah.I prefer kosong or just with egg one. I give this 2 stars. Maybe somewhere in Brunei have a better one.
