Guys....this tis another place you should come and try their "KUIH PANGANG". MEI FANG CAFE/ 美 芳 茶 室 Everytime I come to Tutong I must buy it from here. They had been selling here I think more then 30 years. It have 2 different type Pangang here. Beef and Prawn. each Pangang cost $0.60($0.40 USD)
